Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.
Entry Requirements: To be eligible, entrants must:
Make a donation to Movember (proof required if selected as a winner).
Bonus Points (Not Mandatory): Follow and Subscribe to @keeganandcompany on Instagram at Keegan & Company on Youtube.
Entry Period: Entries close on Thursday 12th March at 11:59pm AEST. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
Prize: Winner will receive 1 x Bank of America Chicago Marathon entry ticket via Movember occurring in 2026. The prize does not include travel, accommodation, or additional expenses unless otherwise specified.
Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact details provided on their entry form. If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner selected.
Proof of Donation: Winners must provide valid proof of their Movember donation to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
Non-Transferable: Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for prize delivery.
General: By entering this giveaway, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise outside of their control.
